I think somethings wrong with the hand. It's a bit too big, despite the perspective/forshortening.
His head is also too small to fit the proportions of the body (his groin would be just below where the picture ends, which wouldn't fit with what you have.)
Otherwise it looks great =] I like the fairy/angel thing. ^^
